WHY DO I NEED TO REGISTER

You must register in order to complete a purchase. Please register using your Student ID Number (9 digits) and preferred email address.

WHY SHOULD I PURCHASE VIA THE FACULTY ONLINE ESTORE?

The eStore has been established to make it easier for you to purchase the items required for the units of study you are about to undertake. Items sold here have been selected by your faculty and this ensures they meet your course requirements.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER THE WRONG SIZE?

If you have ordered an item of the wrong size or colour, you can arrange for an exchange provided you do so within 28 days of invoice. To arrange for an exchange, see Returns Policy and follow the procedure outlined there.

WHAT IF THE GOODS I RECEIVE ARE FAULTY?

Faulty items will be repaired or replaced if returned within the warranty period. To arrange a return of a faulty item, see Returns Policy and follow the procedure outlined there.

CAN I GET A DELIVERY TO MY RESIDENTIAL COLLEGE?

Should you live at a residential college, ensure you inform the attendant at the college that you are expecting a parcel and ask the attendant to accept the parcel on your behalf. Please clearly state the College name in your delivery address (e.g. Wesley College, Western Avenue, The University of Sydney NSW 2006)

HOW WILL I KNOW WHAT SIZE TO ORDER?

Items that require sizing will be accompanied by sizing charts to help you determine the required size. All clothing is manufactured to Standard Australian Sizing. Most clothing items have both Australian and US equivalent sizing charts as a guide. If you are still unsure of the size you require, email the warehouse for assistance. See Contacts for details.

I DON'T HAVE A CREDIT CARD. HOW CAN I PLACE MY ORDER?

If you are unable to pay using a credit card, email the warehouse to arrange an alternative method of payment. See Contacts for details. The University of Sydney reloadable prepaid card is accepted. If you have not activated your card, click here to learn more about how to activate your card.

WHAT IF MY GOODS DO NOT GET DELIVERED?

Generally, your shipment should arrive between 2-7 days of order. If your purchase has not arrived in this time, contact the warehouse for assistance. See Contacts for details.

WHAT IF I NEED HELP PLACING MY ORDER?

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Orders can be cancelled provided you request cancellation before you are notified of order dispatch. To cancel an order, see Returns Policy and follow the procedure outlined there.
