UniGear Pty Ltd complies with the Australian Trade Practices Act and fair trading legislation.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

While we endeavour to keep stock of all items at all times, should any item be out of stock at time of order, your order will be placed on back order and you will notified by email and advised of the expected delivery date.

WARRANTY

Most items available from the faculty eStore carry a 12 month warranty however some items are covered directly by the product manufacturer and may have a different warranty period. For details, please contact the eStore Coordinator. See Contacts for details.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders should arrive within the timeframes as outlined in Postage and Handling subject to stock availability. While we do try to process orders immediately to ensure your deliveries reach you in time for you to start your units of study, there are elements of the delivery process that are beyond our control. To ensure you receive your items in time for your studies, please place orders early and make sure the address you use will have someone there who can sign for your delivery. Delays are experienced when parcels are returned to the warehouse as parcels are not left unattended at any address.

Prices shown on the eStore are in Australian Dollars ($AUD)

GOODS AND SERVICES TAX (GST)

All prices shown on the eStore are inclusive of GST at a rate of 10%. These prices are applicable to all orders delivered within Australia.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We currently only accept Visa and MasterCard payments online. The University of Sydney reloadable prepaid card is also accepted. If you have not activated your card, click here to learn more about how to activate your card. If another payment method is required, please contact the warehouse for assistance. SECURITY

The faculty eStore is protected by a 128-bit digital certificate and has SSL encryption in place to protect consumer data submitted on this website. This means that your personal and sensitive information can be safely transmitted between your Web Browser and the eStore without being intercepted or tampered with.

SSL stands for Secure Sockets Layer, a security protocol for managing the security of online message transmission. SSL encrypts or scrambles any information sent from your browser to the server you are connected to, making it impossible to intercept and tamper with the information on the way.

The way that SSL is implemented is via a digital certificate. Digital certificates guarantee the security of the connection between the browser and the server.

In accordance with PCI-SSC Security Standards no cardholder data is stored or held by the warehouse. If you submit a paper order during enrolment or orientation, all records are shredded once you have received your order.
